(Crousse 1893) Delicate fresh shell pink, darker towards the centre. Large, almost globular old-rose petals. Flowers prefusely on strong stems with attractive foliage that colours well in the autumn. Late flowering, Height approx 90cms. This is one of The Great French peonies and a mainstay of many a Victoian flower border still surviving in many of the great gardens of Engand.
