An attractive, medium-sized deciduous to semi-evergreen shrub with narrowly ovate leaves and bearing plentiful flowers with yellow petals and a large red calyx from summer into autumn. It can be a little tender, so keep it in a sheltered position near a wall, away from cold, drying winds.
